Perlモジュールのlibwww-perlが入ってなかったためらしい。
出るエラーからは全く想像付かないよな。
Sixapartのドキュメントにもないし、mt-check.cgiでも何も言ってこないし、結局エラーメッセージでぐぐって解決。
この辺の文書整備のしょぼさが、新興企業クオリティというところか。
ちなみにlibwww-perlにはHTML-ParserとURIモジュールが必要で、さらにHTML-ParserにはHTML-Tagsetも必要という芋ずるな依存関係。
