私の会社の年度は１月始まりになってしまったので、あまり関係ないかな〜。
いわゆる外資系になってしまって、決算は四半期毎だし、社内的には毎月決算なので、普通の月末って感じ。
組織改編も大体１月だし、人事異動は毎月あるので４月に大きく人が動くってこともなし。
組織改編が無い場合の人事異動は、人材のローテーションという発想がないので、基本的には本人がこの部署は嫌だ！と強硬に主張した場合か、その部署で要らない人を別の場所で活用してみるテストというのが実態。
送別会もその事情を知っていると気まずいのだが、表面上は寂しがったり惜しがったりしているところが、大人ってヤーネ状態。
