やきそば〜。
横浜港北ニュータウンのセンター北駅近くにあるノースポートというショッピングモールに行ってきました。
あいかわらずここは「ニューファミリー」オンリーでいびつな人口構成の居心地の悪い街。
多摩ニュータウンがオールドタウンになってしまった現状を学習してないのだろーか？と思うのだが、その程度の民度の街なのだろう。
で、フードコートで旨そうな焼きそば屋を見つけたので突撃。
「神戸 長田本庄軒」という店。麺が中太で、具に牛筋とコンニャクが入った「ぼっかけ」というのを入れるのが特徴のようす。
結構ソースが濃くてビールに合いそうな味。でも、これが神戸風なのかは怪しいかも。
神戸長田の焼きそばと言ったら、「油かす」が入っているの期待していたのだが。
