持ち株会社の下に、Porsche(100%子会社)とVW(31%)をぶら下げる形態で、兄弟会社という位置づけのよう。本文中でも、融合ではなくそれぞれの独自性を生かして運営するという表現がありました。
ルノー→日産やフォード→マツダのような直接統治による親子関係ではないですな。
