横浜市の三大お荷物というと、みなとみらい、新横浜、港北NTですが、前の二つは街中＆新幹線でなんとかなりつつあるが、港北NTは陸の孤島状態でどうしょもない。
その状態を解消すべく作られたのが、地下鉄２本。
通称ブルーラインは、あざみの〜新横浜〜横浜〜関内〜上大岡〜戸塚〜湘南台と、まぁ人の多そうな地区を通ってますが、今年の３月に出来たグリーンラインは東横線の日吉〜港北NT〜横浜線の中山という微妙なライン。
微妙すぎるので今まで全然使う機会なかったのですが、横浜から東横周り日吉乗り換えでセンター北まで言ってきました。
車両はリニアモーターカー！とはいえ、山梨走ってる500km/h出るのでもなければ、名古屋の磁気浮上型でもなく、大江戸線と同じ車輪付きのもの。リニアモーターで車体を下げて車両のサイズを小さくしてトンネル掘るの楽にという考えのセコイ電車（w。
架線も異様に低い位置にあって最初気が付かなかった。車両も小さい上に４両しかないのですなぁ。
センター北までは１０分程度。駅前は相変わらずベビーカー押してるか犬連れてるかのニューファミリー(ってなんですか?)だらけで偏った年齢構成の街で気持ち悪い。３０年も経つと多摩NTの様にオールドタウンになってしまう悪寒。
輸送人員も事前予想の半分を下回っているようで、予想通り順調に赤字を積み重ねてるよーだ（苦笑）。
