本日多摩川、増量セール中！
多摩川水害というと1974年に狛江の堤防が決壊して家が流され、これをモデルにした「岸辺のアルバム」というドラマが思い出されます。
今回も避難勧告が世田谷区に出てますが、これとは事情が違います。
勧告が出ている玉川１丁目は「無堤防地区」です。
地図のオレンジ色の部分は玉堤通りで、そのすぐ下の緑の部分が本来の堤防。
従って、無堤防地区なのではなく、堤防の内側に勝手に住んでいると言った方が正確。自業自得という気がしないでもない。現代の「河原者」ですかね。
川崎側にも「土手下」という在日を中心とした不法占拠された無堤防地区があったのですが、これは既に解消してます。
報道はこういう「特殊」な事情も含めてしないと、他の多摩川周辺に住む人々に無用な混乱を与えるとおもうのだがなぁ〜。
