年末最後の衝動買い。
前から欲しいとは思っていたのだが、妹のところで実際にホームベーカリーで作ったパンの味を体験したのとこの記事を読んで、つい買ってしまいました。
機種は松下の１斤タイプのパン専用機SD-BH101。上位機種になると餅がつけたり、1.5斤対応になるが餅はつかないだろ〜？ということで。
さっそく使ってみたが、１回目は手近にあったイーストを使ったら古すぎてあまり膨らまず、餅だか饂飩みたいな感じがするパンになってしまった。２回目は小麦の量をまちがえて50g少なくしてしまった。味は正常でしたが。で、この画像が３回目でやっとマニュアル通りの形で出来ました。
普通のコースだと４時間かかるのと、出来上がり時に速やかにパンをとりださなければならないので、朝起きるタイミングくらいを狙って焼き上がり時刻を設定しておくのが普通の使い方みたい。
