さて、肝心の手羽先は甘口・普通・辛口・激辛の４種類。
まずは普通から頼んでみましたが、ま、普通に旨く、普通の辛さというか甘め。
山ちゃんのように辛くないです。
次は辛口。ん〜〜、かなりびみょー。胡椒系ですが香辛料の「辛」だけで「香」がない。辛さは上かもしれないですが、山ちゃんの味に飼い馴らされた人には物足りないですなー。
某氏によれば、名古屋の方はまとものようなので、本場で手羽先屋巡りをしたいところ〜。
