週末は自転車の点検がてら横浜駅〜山下公園方面にでかけてました。
帰りに子安近くで道路工事近くを通ったので一枚撮影。
横浜環状北線という路線で、横羽線の子安ICから第三京浜の港北ICまで延ばすらしい。道路の殆どは地下をくり抜いて繋ぐみたいなのだけど、国道１号に出入り口を作るために山をぶち抜いている工事がこれみたい。子安ICは今まで横浜駅方面と大黒埠頭が繋がってなかったのも繋ぐらしいので、首都高C1のようにぐるぐるが横浜でもできるようになる模様（w。
第三京浜と繋いでどーすんの？？という気がするが、さらに東名の横浜青葉ICまで延ばす計画があるらしい。これが出来ると東京湾岸部に行くのが今までの保土ヶ谷バイパス経由で横浜市内を通るルートが緩和されると予想。貨物輸送はこっちのルートになるでしょう。
神奈川は圏央道もそろそろ八王子から海老名→新湘南バイパスに伸びるというのに、東京はなにやってんでしょうねー？はやいところ練馬・杉並・世田谷の田舎者を蹴散らして外環道を通して頂きたいものです。
